“Yoga Mobility & Inversions Workshop”
This is a fun and energetic workshop that will enhance your mobility to support your Yoga practice. The inversion part will involve in some funky arm balances that will leave you feeling energised. You will also be learning some new skills that you can apply in your daily practices.
